She was the sweetest. And she’s asleep in this one as a testament to the hours (upon hours) it took us to get her there…
Who the heck ever came up with the phrase “sleeping like a baby” anyhow? Highly over-rated phrase.
More soon, but for now I’ve got a little incredible person of my own who is turning 4 next week to attend to, a 1st day of Pre-school to prepare for (that would be the first day ever, folks…completely consumed with anxiety over it!) a house to clean, and a few precious days of summer left to hang on to. Paula Reynolds - If only babies were this serene all the time! Great shot! Hope your “baby” does well at preschool! (Probably you’ll be like most first time preschool moms; all stressed and crazy for about five minutes after walking out of the preschool, and then the quiet settles in around you, the stress melts, and you’re left with a feeling of, dare I say it, FREEDOM!!!)
