Category Archives: Travel Mr. Magic is my 4 year old son. He has super powers. He’s able to get me to do things that nobody else can, many of which are far, far beyond reason. The child owns me, and although I know I should be putting snapshots of him up every week, like so many other photographers…  Typical opening line for a pattibrownblog post: ”Sorry it’s been so long since I’ve blogged….” But truthfully, I’m not sorry. Had I been busy working, or just hanging out around the house, maybe I’d be sorry. However, I’ve been having the time of my life all month long. We went to Paris. It was amazing….  Hi Everyone! So much to tell you, so much to catch you up on. And so, so many pictures to share that there is no way I can begin to cover them all in just this post. So, I’m going to try to kill two little birds with one big post. **Utah** First things…  …and had a wonderful, wonderful time. It was the first time I’ve ever visited this storied city, and she absolutely lived up to every preconceived notion (mostly influenced by one of my favorite writers) that I had formed about her. She was a complete juxtaposition of concepts: rustic yet refined, pretentious yet welcoming, weathered yet beautiful, and…  No wait, I just got back from Boston. But yes, I desperately want to return. Fell in love with the city, the brownstones, the chowder, the harbor…..and mostly the people! Couldn’t have been friendlier. We had a great time. Brought along the same cheap old camera from my New York trip, but became pretty frustrated with… |
