Patti - Hi Meg, I think so but I typically recommend it for CS users or those looking to transition into CS. I had a couple of Elements users in my last class, and they really enjoyed it. There are a few techniques in the form of filters that I use which don’t transition into Elements, but I think that most of the class does overall. I talk a little bit more about what software is recommended here.
